Policies
- The apartment is for family use only. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Visitors who are not previously registered are not allowed to enter.
- This property has a capacity of 6 persons maximum (only 2 additional children under 4 years of age are allowed).
- The building's swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM except for Tuesdays when it is open only until after 12:00 PM for maintenance.
- The gym is open every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, only from 2:00 to 3:00 PM will be closed for cleaning and disinfection of the machines, you must present a physical document in the lobby of the building so you can enter.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM (only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).
- The building has a luggage storage service for an additional COP 10,000 per suitcase or briefcase (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is managed directly at the reception upon arrival).
