Policies
- The apartment is for family use only. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Visitors who are not previously registered are not allowed to enter.
- This property has a capacity of 4 persons maximum (only 2 additional children under 5 years of age are allowed).
- The building swimming pool is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, weekends and holidays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM (only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).
- Upon arrival the building will charge a tourist registration fee of 15.000 COP per person, WITH CARD. (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is Not included in the total value of the reservation).
- The apartment has one assigned private parking.

Recientemente, tuve el placer de disfrutar de tres días maravillosos en un apartamento en Morros Pelican Suite -, Cartagena, que superó todas mis expectativas. Situado en una zona privilegiada, su estado impecable y encantadora decoración crearon un ambiente acogedor y relajante. La cocina completamente equipada y las comodidades modernas garantizaron una estancia cómoda y placentera. Además, la ubicación, se ofrecía acceso directo a las hermosas playas desde la piscina y permitía disfrutar de la serenidad del entorno, lejos del bullicio del centro de la ciudad. En resumen, esta experiencia en Cartagena fue excepcional, y recomiendo encarecidamente este apartamento a quienes buscan una escapada lujosa y memorable en este paraíso costero de Colombia.
