Spectacular luxury apartment in El Laguito, Cartagena, recently remodeled in 2021. Perfectly located in El Nuevo Conquistador building right next to the Hilton hotel. Close to everything: commerce, bars, restaurants and 10 minutes by car or cab from the walled city. Located in front of the laguito beach and two blocks away from the beaches of Bocagrande. It has an impeccable interior design, tremendously cozy, Mediterranean-tropical atmosphere. Large balcony with the best panoramic view of the city, the sea and the lagoon from the eleventh floor. Full kitchen for 6 people, internet wifi 15Mbps, desk in the room perfect for tele-working with a fantastic view, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

Policies
- Unfortunately the apartment does not have hot water system, but we assure you that the water in Cartagena is of a very warm temperature thanks to the tropical climate throughout the year.
- The apartment is for family use only. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Visitors who are not previously registered are not allowed to enter.
- It is not allowed to exceed the capacity of 6 people (including children and babies).
- The building's pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be in maintenance except for holidays, when it is a holiday it will be closed on Tuesday.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM (only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).
- Upon arrival the building will charge a tourist registration fee of 35.000 COP in cash for the stay in the apartment, it is not a value per person (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is not included in the total value of the reservation).
- The apartment does not have parking, but the building provides parking service in its facilities for a value of 15.000 COP per day (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is managed directly at the reception upon arrival).

El apartamento muy cómodo, bonito , acogedor , lo malo es la entrada a la hora de hacer entrega de el es muy tarde, otra cosa negativa es la nevera no enfría y congela nada .... En fin pasamos grandes vacaciones
