Policies
- Unfortunately the apartment does not have hot water system, but we assure you that the water in Cartagena is of a very warm temperature thanks to the tropical climate throughout the year.
- The apartment is for family use only. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Visitors who are not previously registered are not allowed to enter.
- It is not allowed to exceed the capacity of 6 people (including children and babies).
- The building's pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be in maintenance except for holidays, when it is a holiday it will be closed on Tuesday.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM (only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).
- Upon arrival the building will charge a tourist registration fee of 35.000 COP in cash for the stay in the apartment, it is not a value per person (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is not included in the total value of the reservation).
- The apartment does not have parking, but the building provides parking service in its facilities for a value of 15.000 COP per day (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is managed directly at the reception upon arrival).

Me gustó mucho mi estancia, sin embargo tuve problemas con el televisor de ka sala principal porque no servía, solo por eso no le califico como 5, pero me quedaría nuevamente sin pensarlo 2 veces

La vista es maravillosa cuenta con todos los elementos de cocina, aseo, camas y toallas impecables, el apto es muy acogedor. Por mejorar las instalaciones del edificio en recepción pueden mejorar en atención y calidad, la conserje debe estar más pendiente de las necesidades del huesped, muchas gracias
