Cancellation policy

Livincolombia allows Owners to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both guest and Owners alike. Each listing and reservation on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. Guests may cancel any reservation by sending an email to servicioalcliente@livincolombia.com notifying about the canceled reservation. The date and hour of the email reception will be the date and hour when the reservation is cancelled.

The email notifying about cancellation should be sent from the email address registered by guest on reservation creation.

The following are the three cancellation policies and its terms:

Flexible: Full refund 7 day prior to arrival.

For a full refund of rental price, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous friday before check in time.

Moderate: 50% refund 7 days prior to arrival

For a 50% refund of total price, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.

Strict: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival

For a 50% refund of total price, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on 31st december, cancel by 1st december of the same year before check in time.
