- Visitors who are not previously registered are not allowed to enter.

- This property has a capacity of 6 persons maximum (only 2 additional children under 5 years of age are allowed).

- The building swimming pool is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, weekends and holidays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM (only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).

- Upon arrival the building will charge a tourist registration fee of 15.000 COP per person, Only CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD payments are accepted, NO CASH payments are accepted. (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is Not included in the total value of the reservation).

- The apartment has one assigned private parking.

Primero que todo es una página segura, es seria, todos cumplidos, puntuales, muy buenas instalaciones, acomodaciones del apto. El sector el mejor de Cartagena, el personal del condominio muy amables y cordiales.
