- The apartment is for family use only. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Visitors who are not previously registered are not allowed to enter.
- This property has a capacity of 4 persons maximum (only 2 additional children under 5 years of age are allowed).
- The building swimming pool is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, weekends and holidays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM (only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).
- - Upon arrival the building will charge a tourist registration fee of 18.000 COP per person, Only CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD payments are accepted, NO CASH payments are accepted. (this amount may vary according to the rules of the building and is Not included in the total value of the reservation).
- The apartment has one assigned private parking.

Excelente ubicación, especialmente para descansar, sin ruido ni aglomeraciones. El edificio tiene muy buenas zonas húmedas, excelentes piscinas, con acceso a la Playa.
El apartamento muy cómodo, con vista a los manglares. Todo en perfectas condiciones y muy limpio todo.
